Orders that have already been shipped cannot be fully refunded. However, if the item has not yet been shipped, we are pleased to offer a full refund upon request from the customer. 

Returns

Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. A customized order includes any item with custom engraving or personalized colors. This applies to rings made of wood, silver, gold, or ceramic.

Wrong size ring

If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we can replace it with a new one for an additional 20 GBP to cover the shipping cost of the replacement ring. 

Faulty or inaccurate size product

If you find that the ring you received is defective, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.​

Return or Exchange

You have 14 days from the time you receive your CNICK ring to request a return or exchange, as long as the ring is fully functional and undamaged. Please note that the shipping and handling charges of 30 GBP, including VAT (20% of item price) and customs fees, are non-refundable.

Warranty

Your CNICK is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure to function.
• The warranty doesn’t cover loss, polish damage, or changes in appearance due to careless handling and improper use of outside of our care instructions.

Proof of purchase is required.
