Orders that have already been shipped cannot be fully refunded. However, if the item has not yet been shipped, we are pleased to offer a full refund upon request from the customer. 

Return or Exchange

14-day return! You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to initiate a return, as long as the ring is fully functional and undamaged. Please note that the shipping and handling charges of 30 GBP, including VAT (20% of item price) and customs fees, are non-refundable.

Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. A customized order includes any item with custom engraving or personalized colors. This applies to rings made of wood, silver, gold, or ceramic.

If you cancel your order after receiving a sizing kit, a 5.00 GBP fee is non-refundable.

Wrong size ring

If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we can replace it with a new one for an additional 20.00 GBP to cover the shipping cost of the replacement ring. 

Warranty

Your CNICK is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure to function.
• The warranty doesn’t cover loss, polish damage, or changes in appearance due to careless handling and improper use of outside of our care instructions.

Proof of purchase is required.
